Vee Design as EA Design Group were commissioned by Tian An China Investment Company, one of China’s largest developers, to prepare concept design, design development and documentation on their premier commercial tower development in the heart of Shen Zhen, the southern gateway to China.

Based on an active retail ground floor, the landscape design accommodates for a vibrant and dynamic streetscape interface in keeping with the scale of the architectural towers above.

Between the buildings are landscape courtyards that create vibrant environments for workers and visitors to use during the day, while at night they are activated by the restaurants and cafés.
