Situated in the rolling foothills of the picturesque Currumbin Valley, Martha’s Vineyard Currumbin Valley is a new modern residential community by FKP. Vee Design, as EA Design Group, was commissioned to provide full landscape architectural services for all phases of the project ranging from master planning to site supervision.

The design vision for the landscape was based on a crafted, naturalistic lush landscape that responds to the sites natural assets and rainforest origins. 
The landscape is designed as a setting for escape and respite, and as a stage for a diverse range of engaging recreational activities and facilities centred on a large lake and a rainforest environment.

Vee Design has completed detailed design and documentation of stages one, four and five; inclusive of all estate entries into the development, lake front open space, communal parklands, the community recreation centre and the village centre.
