Vee design have been commissioned as urban master planners for this medium to large size residential community in this growing regional city of Queensland.
The urban master plan incorporates a layout that is site sensitive, simplistic and efficient.
Based on smart planning principals, the master plan features SWD solutions, retention of major landscape features (including trees, landform and existing drainage corridors) and the design of residential lots within a 4 to 5 minute walk of major public open space and amenity.
A large district level recreational park forms the heart and soul of the new community providing copious space for a wide range of community events and recreation
The master plan provides a mix of lots and product type to suit an ever changing market in this region.
