Client: Wujian Management Office
Vee Design won a planning competition for a garden market development in Wujian district, Changhzhou city, PRC. The development aim of the market is to create jobs and to improve the economy of the Wujian district.
Based on a combination of wholesale and retail outlets with associated recreational facilities, the market will serve both the retail and wholesale sectors.
The master plan features a diverse programme aimed at the retail market including exhibition gardens, exhibition hall, cut flower market, events performance space, retail lifestyle outlets, hotel and picnic recreational spaces and subsequently will draw a large catchment of visitors from surrounding regions.
