The proposed site is located within the Brisbane Showgrounds Precinct. The private laneway runs between King Street and Alexandria street one block back from the Major Connection Road, St Pauls Terrace. There is a mix of high rise residential and office surrounding the laneway and is a part of the King Street neighbourhood. The Fortitude Valley Train Station is 6 mins walk. The plan considers urban connectivity and the showground character whilst providing a place for residents to meet and relax.
